Apruébase el CONVENIO ANTICIPO DE APORTE ESTATAL INCENTIVO AL RETIRO VOLUNTARIO DE LAS LEYES 20.157 Y 20.250 PARA FUNCIONARIOS DE ATENCIÓN PRIMARIA DE SALUD, de fecha 08 de abril de 2009, suscrito entre la I. Municipalidad de Colina representada por su Alcalde don Mario Olavarria Rodríguez, y el SERVICIO DE SALUD METROPOLITANO NORTE, representado por su Director Dr. Mauricio Osorio Ulloa, para la aplicación de la Ley N° 19,813 y sus modificaciones en las leyes N°s. 20.157 y 20.250, sobre beneficio al personal de la Atención Primaria de Salud.
